The meeting was held at the Historical Archives building in Bilbao. Around twenty representatives of the different levels of the cultural territorial institutions (Basque Government, Etxepare Institute, Basque Innovation Agency, Provincial Councils and the three Basque capital cities), and of the Culture and Creative Industries.

The stakeholders were informed about the current situation of the CREADIS3 project concerning the second semester 2017. Especially issues concerning management, communication and exchange of experiences were discussed. Another relevant information presented to the stakeholders, were the Mapping 1 and 2 prepared by the Lead Partner and the identified good practices for 2017 and 2018. Finally, the calendar 2018 was also presented.

Next stakeholder meeting will be held in June 2018 in Gasteiz.
