On 9th October, the Basque Government representative, and RICC/Regional Initiative for Culture and Creativity network co-leader, highlighted the CREADIS3 project best practices and presented regional practices linked to the conclusions of the conference The Regional and Local Dimension under the Cultural Heritage held last May in Brussels and organized by the RICC network in collaboration with EU institutions and other networks (NECSTOUR, EuropaNostra and ERRIN).
In line with the European Year of Cultural Heritage, the RICC representative underlined too the link between heritage quality and territorial governance, access to the heritage, and citizens.
The conference conclusions will be included in the closing European working document concerning the quality heritage.
