KEA European Affair proposes a Manifesto for a Modern Cultural Policy aimed at implementing the following principles:

Culture embodies human myths, stories (religion, ideologies, memories) and activities (art, design, architecture) that form a set of shared values, aesthetics and ideas that facilitate social interactions and collective coexistence;

Culture then enriches man as a form of knowledge, nourishes the mind, strengthens the sense of belonging to specific roots and identities;

A future without culture would be a cause for great concern since nothing would prevent humans from being modeled as machines (a neuronal being) lacking autonomy, ethics, freedom, values, beliefs and consciousness;

Modern cultural policy should be designed to help culture work as a stimulant, an agent of transformation steering a new enlightenment and collective will;

The KEA Manifesto is designed to empower communities and individuals.
