WHO WE ARE:
Established in 1984, ADIST is a private non-profit organisation supported by Instituto Superior Técnico, the largest and most well-known school of engineering, architecture, science and technology in Portugal. ADIST aims to bridge the gap between the academy and the surrounding community by helping the development of training, research and development activities to in partnership with both companies and public bodies.
ADIST manages numerous R&D projects at national and international level, gathering valuable cross-sector experience from the start-up and early stage development to medium and large companies.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM THE PROJECT:
Motivation of ADIST in the CRE:HUB project: To raise awareness to the cultural and creative industries in the Greater Lisbon area and help its actors in their commitment with the development of the sector in the local ecosystem.
Linked with the community and private organisations, it is extending its expertise in innovation and cluster development to the creative industries, taking advantage of Lisbon’s innovation ecosystem, which is blistering within the region.
