The event has been the occasion for presenting to the CRE:HUB stakeholders group the Regional Action Plan aimed at supporting cultural and creative enterprises and represents the final output of the first phase of the project CRE:HUB, co-financed by the INTERREG Europe Programme.
The Action Plan identifies specific actions to implement in the second phase, in order to improve the Regional Policy instrument (ERDF Regional Operational Programme) in Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region. The Regional Stakeholders Working Group actively participated to all the steps that brought to the finalisation of the Action Plan (SWOT analysis; Barriers and Solutions Matrix; Roadmap).
As the 1st phase of the project will close on 30/09/2018, the event has been the occasion to share some general reflections on the lessons learnt and overall achievements from the main actors involved. Moreover, the European strategies for culture and proposals for embedding good practices in supporting CCIs has been presented to the participants, bearing in mind these inputs will pave the way for the next programming period of EU funding 2021-2027.
In addition to the representatives of the Department for culture and sports of Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region and INFORMEST, Philippe Kern, Managing Director of KEA Consulting from Brussels, and Maja Jerala Head Manager of the EU Projects of ABC Accelerator Slovenia, participated as speakers with interesting contents shared with the participants.
Last but not least the workshop has hosted the regional stakeholder group of the ChIMERA project, co-financed by the INTERREG Med Programme, as together with CRE:HUB Project, represents for Friuli Venezia Autonomous Region the regional strategy of an overall path of strengthening the regional cultural and creative sectors.
