The conference was approached with enthusiasm, seizing the workshops as a chance to assess the current situation of local projects and learn from best practices presented in Delft. Each partner could reflect on how they can maximize the efforts on a local level and benefit from the collaboration on a multi-national level.
Specifically, the Austrian Burgenland Region has already taken concrete steps; it has established a partnership with several communities, and it has started to work directly on the infrastructure in order to facilitate the transition to a sustainable mobility.
