The OECD Observatory of Public Sector Innovation (OPSI) and the UAE Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation (MBRCGI) launched on May 2021 the "Call for Innovations in government, focused specifically on ways government are innovating through cross-border collaboration".
For example, multiple countries, regions, or cities working together in new and interesting ways to solve common challenges, or multiple governments collaborating to achieve new types of policies and services.
The Autonomous province of Trento, took part at the cited call presenting as innovative practice in government Interreg Dialog project.
The project was recognized as an international best practice and published in the innovation platform oecd-opsi.org/innovations/dialog-interreg/ which aims to promote excellence and help replicate innovation and inspire a new thought.
