The aim of the ERUDITE project is to develop innovative and appropriate digital services to meet the needs of citizens, business and the public sector.

A video describes easily our project: www.youtube.com/watch

We bring the stakeholder into the creation process because we recognize their potential to bring insight, and problem solving skills to the table, and they can best discover or identify problems based on their unique experiences. This process of external collaboration for ideas and solutions is also known as open innovation.

However, creating and rolling out a digital service is a process that takes time, money and resources.  We want to be sure that the proposed services will address our priorities and produce the results we need. To do this, each stakeholder identifies an indicator for the outcome they want . For each indicator we select a means of measuring and quantifying with either the marker value or a proxy
.These indicators and associated values will enable us to measure or monitor the impact of the service we decide to create. This process is called Social and Economic Return on Investment (SEROI). By using SEROI and Open Innovation ERUDITE can deliver much needed digital services to a community and to our local partners.
