Many European networks and organisations are actively developing and sharing ideas for smart villages. These actors often operate within different policy fields, therefore there is much to be learned from linking them more closely.
In the EU Network for Rural Development website, a dedicated section includes some of the most relevant projects - such as ERUDITE - developed under the EU’s Research and Innovation programmes FP7/Horizon 2020, Interreg and the work of other networks.
