''Smart Villages: overcoming the divide between rural and urban areas'' is the name of the "participatory lab" that will take place during the ''European week of Regions and Cities'' on October 8 from 9:15 am to 10:45 am.
The focus of the conference are the Smart Villages and the development of rural areas through renewable energy, digitalisation, social innovation and mobility.
European Parliament, DG AGRI and DG REGIO representatives will discuss with stakeholders from the mountain (Euromontana) and rural areas (RED) of Europe on policy evolution and expectations from smart villages.
INTERREG EUROPE Erudite will be represented by the project coordinator Clive Peckham.
