On 23-24 January 2020 the Erudite team met in Venice (Italy), in Palazzo Contarini del Bovolo, for the Final Coordination Meeting of the project.
All partners shared the highlight of the final conference held in Dijon (France), back in June 2019, including the event in Lormes (France) co-organized with ENRD, the involvement and interest of local stakeholders, the participation of European stakeholders and their feedback.
Partners have been evaluating the ways to maximize the impact of communication activities and in particular to produce a short project video to highlight achievements using the same ‘style’ and potentially some of the elements of the SEROI+ video already published on Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkYU42J33qO1GhQaPhkK_rw). Other dissemination activities, such as infographics, a media pack, SEROI+ posters for the web, will follow.
The Erudite coordination group then focused on the impact the project has had at European level with the involvement of the European Parliament members, European Commission, stakeholders and networks and the participants from 17 countries in the final conference and in the Lormes Workshop.
Partners had the opportunity to present Action Plan updates and discuss on results of the SEROI+ process in the different regions.
The meeting gave was also a fruitful opportunity to discuss ideas and proposals for future cooperation on main topics already targeted by Erudite: smart villages, digital innovation hubs (including agriculture-food chains and healthcare), public administration service platforms, SEROI+ practical application, methodology, testing and piloting.
