"CI.TE.MO.S." (Acronym for City, Technology, Mobility, Sustainable)
From Friday 15th to Sunday 17th September the City of Vicenza (Italy) celebrated the "CI.TE.MO.S" Festival dedicated to smart innovations in favor of sustainable mobility. The Festival took place in various locations of the city’s historical center and offered a rich calendar of conferences and moments to engage with citizens, businesses and institutions.
The "CI.TE.MO.S." Festival was promoted by Confartigianato of Vicenza in conjunction with the Sustainable Mobility Week of the European Union and the "No car" ecological day of Vicenza Municipality.
Numerous events were open to the public: workshops and round tables on sustainable mobility and its social and economic impacts, on diverse activities of SMEs as well as on how to create new habits and behaviors among EU citizens.
Anci Lazio took advantage of the "CI.TE.MO.S." Festival to present the public EV Energy project, its aims and the EV Energy good practices selected by the partners to be transferred to other European cities. In this sense our project takes the biscuit, since as it was stated during the festival: "it's about learning and copying from the most technologically advanced cities, appropriately adapting such good practices in other EU regions".
