Following the welcoming speech and introduction by DCCAE, Jeanne Copeland, CEO and founder of Greenville Procurement and truly passionate about promoting the role of procurement in the public and utility sectors in the EU, delivered a presentation about the use of life-cycle costing in tender processes.
