Today CUE Ltd held an Intra-Organisational learning meeting, which was aimed at developing the ERDF project managers in the organisation for the future. As part of this meeting a slot was also given to the INTRA project to share with participants the activity currently occurring in finalising phase 1 of the project.
The meeting offered managers an opportunity to understand the activity being undertaken through the INTRA project and the potential positive effect the project work could have during phase 2. More specifically the CUE Ltd INTRA team took the opportunity to furnish the group with details on the Regional Action Plan which specifically details how the lessons learnt from the cooperation in INTRA will be implemented in order improve the regional policy instrument tackled within the west midlands region. It was also noted how the phase 2 INTRA work could actually impact the ERDF projects currently operating within CUE ltd in the region.
Finally it was highlighted that further meetings with ERDF project managers would be contracted to discuss the implementation of specifications for phase 2.
