Key stakeholders from the region, specifically those from the most lindane-affected area addressed by the project (municipalities of Mos and Porriño); have been contacted a few days before the meeting, sending them an invitation to participate in the meeting with the link for registration and then the access to the online platform on which the meeting took place (ZOOM). A total of 14 persons attended the meeting.
The main issues addressed have been the following:
• An overview of the project progresses since the previous Stakeholders’ meeting.
• A presentation of the project progresses since the second Stakeholders’ meeting, focusing on the 5th Interregional Thematic Workshop of the project celebrated on 23rd and 24th of November 2021, under the leadership of the Xunta de Galicia.
• A presentation of the Action Plan developed by the Xunta de Galicia -DXCASCC within LINDANET project: “An improved governance structure for Lindane Management in
Galicia”.
• A question and answers round, where participants could express their opinions under the coordination of the Xunta de Galicia.
All the participants were invited to participate in the following sessions of the stakeholders’ meetings , as well as in the Committees detailed in the Action Plan.
