Last week partners of MONITORIS3 Project organized their final event and final partners meeting in Bodø (Norway) hosted by the Norland County Council.
The event closed the additional activities granted by the Joint Secretariat of the Interreg Europe after the fifth call for proposals which were launched last 1st of September 2021. Those additional activities aimed at the exchange of experiences among MONITORIS3 participating partners on the way the crisis of COVID 19 impacted the governance of policy instruments and finding measures to face the crisis through monitoring measures.
During the meeting, Innovation Norway presented the impacts of COVID on innovation activities as well as measures implemented to overcome those impacts. A presentation from Norland Research Institute on the MOFI Initiative showed the monitoring mechanisms of financial supports for innovation activities and its results.
During this first part of the meeting, very fruitful discussions and information sharing were established.
The afternoon session consisted in a dynamic exercise in order to discuss and receive feedback about the good practices, transferability and opportunities for improvement identified in the work developed during this additional year.
The event was organized in a hybrid mode so it counted with physical participation from MONITORIS3 partners and also representatives from the Norland Research Institute, Norland city council, and Innovation Norway. Participants from Veneto Innovazione and WestRDA (partner of the ordinary MONITORIS3 project) were connected remotely.
The second day of the meeting was devoted to the administrative closure of the project, preparation of final deliverables and financial certification.
