Norte Regional Coordination and Development Commission (CCDR-N - P3) presented NMP-REG project at the CeNTI Open Day, on 15th February, an event by Nanotech@NortePT, a project that aims to affirm the Norte region of Portugal as a pioneer in nanotechnologies.
The innovation challenges that the North of Portugal faces and how the regional innovation policy is implemented were also topics addressed in the CCDR-N’s presentation. NMP-REG was presented as an example of a project that aims at improving the existing policy instruments aiming at supporting the adoption of nanotechnologies, advanced materials and production by the manufacturing industry, allowing project partners to learn from different European players and regional stakeholders.
