Croatian partners Local Development Agency PINS presented the P-IRIS project in Skrad on 11th May 2017 within "EU Open Days in Croatia". County vice-president shared his experience from study visit in Norway and the good practices which partners learnt from during the kick-off meeting in Sogn og Fjordane County.

EU Open Days in Croatia were organised throughout Croatia within the framework of the traditional European Week celebration by the European Commission and Ministry of Regional Development. The goal of the EU Open Days lasting from 6th to 13th May was to present the projects that have contributed to the development of local communities in areas such as energy, research and development, culture, education, entrepreneurship, innovation, transport, environmental protection, rural development, social inclusion, tourism and health.

The County of Primorje and Gorski kotar contributed to the organization of this event in cooperation with the University of Rijeka, the Energy Agency REA Kvarner and the Local development agency PINS. PINS organized a series of informative-educational gatherings and presentations of successful projects co-financed by European funds in Skrad.

Danijel Bertović from Local Development Agency PINS as project coordinator presented the P-IRIS project, it's goals, partnership, activities and also the first experience from study visit in Norway. County vice-president Peter Mamula opened the event and he also contributed to presentation with his gathered experience from P-IRIS study visit.
