Evolution of the workplace was an international seminar at the Folk Arts Centre in Kaustinen, Finland that took place on 8th May 2018. Top lectures from a broad range of experts shed light on  questions about information and communication technology as an increasingly common tool, aid and sometimes an obstacle in modern working life, regardless of what field you're in.

The ways we work as well as management and leadership are irreversibly changing, and we're constantly coming up with new ways of working with others in varying environments, real and virtual. Besides rural areas are drawing more and more interest both as living and working environment as distances are easier to overcome.

Top speakers and guests such as Matti Anttila, Markku Turunen, Maria Timo-Huhtala, Andreas Hamberg, Joni Sarpo, Sonja Hilvo, Jennie Elfving and Anne Sormunen presented many topics that are strongly connected with today's shift and evolution of life and workplace.

They addressed questions as What does tomorrow's toolkit look like? What does tomorrow's team look like?; and What will the countryside look like in the future?.

Some of the above mentioned questions and issues are well presented in video from the team "Great place to work" that is availabe on YouTube chanel.
