Partners from PASSAGE project have been exchanging and learning from each other for more than 2 years already ! Facing similar issues, working toward common goals and trying to rise awareness on maritime borders' specific stakes, PASSAGE partners wrote a report to:
- present the specificities of the straits and more generally of the maritime borders, and the obstacles they face when it comes to tackle low-carbon transition;
- highlight the learning process and showcase the best practices operating on the partners' territories;
- voice their recommendations for better integrated maritime borders eager to cooperate with their neighbours towards a low-carbon transition.
