European projects like PURE COSMOS provide a unique set of chances and challenges for all partners. At the Development Bank Saxony-Anhalt, these challenges are met not only by the immediate project team but new ideas are also supported by the Digitalization Board.
The Board is the central point of contact for all digitalization matters at the bank whether they are purely internal or related to external cooperation. In this context, the Board first identifies a specific topic, gathers supporters and experts from inside and outside the bank, and then uses agile working methods to find new digital approaches to existing problems.
For PURE COSMOS, this results in a nourishing and supportive environment which enables true innovativeness.
