The pilot CeMaO Office which supports micro and small Enterprises in Central Macedonia Region, has completed personal counselling sessions for all 9 businesses, participating the pilot action.
After having attended the three training workshops, the (potential) 9 entrepreneurs participated in extended counseling sessions, organized both at ANATOLIKI’s headquarters and online, due to pandemia. The 9 businesses were supported individually, with tailor-made personal counseling support, based on their needs.
Each entrepreneur / business idea attended four (4) specialized counseling cycles with the ultimate goal of developing a comprehensive business plan on their business interests that will inspire them to implement their business idea into a sustainable and profitable enterprise.
The business ideas developed by CeMaO team cover a wide range of activities:
• Pumping System Maintenance Trade
• Alternative tourism for people with disabilities
• Women's clothing & e-shop
• Secondary private school
• Breakfast store
• Architecture, Construction, Manufacturing based on Circular Economy Principles
• Legal services
• Oil refining company
• Communication - Content Management for unions, NGOs and organizations
The third action "business mentoring" has already begun involving mentors out of the market who have successful professional experience. Mentors will guide, motivate, encourage, transfer knowledge, skills and experience and recommend digital applications / tools to meet the pilot entrepreneurs’ needs.
