Creativity Workshop | “Developing ideas for Positive Image of Re-starters”
Ms. Helena Ruiz, Psychologist, prepared a group dynamic consisting of elaborating a small personal or professional project called: "THE HAND OF THE ENTREPRENEUR". The idea was to work with the meaning of each finger of the hand with the participation of all partners and stakeholders.
The main goal of the dynamic was to make the comparison of each finger with the 5 stages of the entrepreneur (one for each finger of the hand) always reinforcing its positive image and concluding with the most important values to take into account.
Before the end of the session, she concluded showing the video of Steve Jobs speech for Harvard which message was that behind what we see as a failure there is always another opportunity and we must know how to take advantage of it.
