On May 6, 2022 within the Macfrut Fair, a conference was held on the theme Fruit Growing for Smart Ecological Transition, organized by the University of Bologna in collaboration with ART-ER.
On that occasion, the final results of 3 POR ERDF projects were presented:
- POSITIVE
- AgroBigDataScience
- Smart- SpecializedSustainable Orchard, linked by the theme of Precision Fruit Growing, based on sensors and operational protocols for precision irrigation; management and analysis of data generated along some production chains; an apple orchard model with very low inputs of energy, water and pesticides.
