After the summer break, RESOLVE will enter in the second half of the first phase, and partners are getting ready for a new round of study visits. During the first year, the first 2 study visits were hosted by Transport for Greater Manchester and Kronoberg County: around 50 people coming from Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden and Czech Republic attended the study visits and observed several good practices on commercial related mobility. The City of Almada in September and the Municipality of Reggio Emilia in November will welcome new delegations ready to learn more about the mobility policies of the two cities, in particular how they are realising more pedestrian friendly areas, innovative public transport services and new communication campaigns. The study visit cycle will be then completed in 2018 with the City of Roermond, Moravian-Silesian Region, City of Maribor and City of Warsaw.

Study visits represent a crucial on-site learning opportunity for partners and local stakeholders: they facilitate discussion and enhance the exchange of experience process, by enabling the direct knowledge of territorial good practices about retail-related mobility.

After the completion of the study visit cycle, each partner will choose the good practices to be imported at local level. Import workshops will be held to facilitate partners in the learning and transfer process thanks to the presence of relevant experts from “exporting partners” who will assist the “importing partner” in importing the good practice and in drafting the Regional Action Plan.

All the partners will also meet in Reggio Emilia in November for PMG4. Stay tuned on our website and social channels to learn more about all the next interregional learning activities: we will return in September with all the news of the project implementation!
