On January 28th 2022, 45 representatives from at least 18 organisations from the Local Stakeholders Group of the RFC project have met online at the initiative of the North-West RDA to discuss about heritage funding opportunities and the potential pipeline projects to be funded in 2021-2027 programming period, to anchor the measures proposed within the draft RFC Local Action Plan.
During the event, we had a high-level participation, including representatives of the Ministry of Investments and European Projects, the National Institute of Heritage, representatives of academia, museums, NGOs and local public authorities.
The meeting brought, to all participants, knowledge regarding the funding opportunities in the field of heritage (restoration, revitalization, digitization and digitalization of built heritage) for the 2021-2027 programming period. Also, during the meeting, the participants proposed various ways of collaboration and potential projects to be funded. The information will adjust the proposed implementation of the RFC Action Plan in the North-West Region of Romania, to be finalized in the next few months.
