Also this year, for the 17th consecutive year, Great Place to Work® Italia has awarded the best companies to work in Italy during an evening event on 2nd March 2018. The 50 companies awarded, among the 127 organizations that took part to the survey on the analysis of organizational climate, represent the excellence of the best workplaces in Italy. Companies were classified into three lists organized according to their size (number of employees): Large Companies, Medium Companies, Small Companies. The ranking, unique in its kind, is based mainly on the assessments of employees of the companies concerned about their work environment; people filling out the business climate analysis questionnaire then assign to their organization the title of Best Workplace.
