Unioncamere del Veneto – PP7 organised the first Regional Thematic Seminar of Italy. The meeting was held in Padua on 14 September 2018 at Banca Etica premises in cooperation with the Universtity of Padua. After the greetings of Ms. Patrizia Messina of University of Padua, Ms. Irene Gasperi of Unioncamere del Veneto shortly presented its organization and then the Road-CSR project.
Mr. Lorenzo Liguoro, CSR researcher selected by Unioncamere del Veneto as external support for the devilment of the regional action plan, presented the Policy Instrument to be addressed by the Road-CSR project Regional Operational Programme (ROP 2014 - 2020) and of the proposal of Regional Action plan for CSR.
After that a round table with local policy makers and stakeholders was organized to discuss about the proposed actions to develop CSR in Veneto Region.
These are some actions suggested by stakeholders and the policy makers during the round table and the discussion:
- to collect evidences that support the correlation between corporate responsibility and sustainable economic performances;
- to support responsible companies to attract talents;
- to experiment public fund allocations according the pay-by-result paradigm;
- to improve the links among CSR and the territory.
