Additional value brings Haley from NTNU

My name is Haley Knudson and I am an American living and working in Trondheim, Norway. After completing my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology at the University of California Santa Barbara, I moved to Trondheim to pursue my Master’s degree in Globalization at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). I now work as an Assistant Professor in sustainability and environmental management in the Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management. I run a course on green value creation and am involved in several international research projects concerned with transitioning companies to more sustainable practices and building capacity in sustainability in developing country universities. What I enjoy most about my current job is the opportunity to meet and collaborate with people from all over the world.

Norway has provided me with many amazing opportunities and lots of snow and ice and darkness as well – a big adjustment from San Diego, California. What I miss most from home is the sunshine, my family and the Mexican food.

Encarna from Spain helps Government of Extremadura

My name is Encarna Rodríguez and I will be the Communication Manager for this Project. I have a university degree in Economics and Business Science. I have been working for the Government of Extremadura since 2009 and for the CSR Office since 2011.

I have been committed to values and ethics in business since always. I firmly believe in teamwork, too, because working together, we can create a better world for everyone.

If I have to talk about my hobbies, I have to say that I enjoy travelling and discovering new places and cultures. I love animals -especially cats- and I am very worried about environment and cruelty to animals.

Our chief, Michal

My name is Michal Pirgl. I have years of experience working in ICT sector as a engineer/project manager, scrum-master and software developer. I have a master‘s degree in cybernetics, I am big fan of electronics and IOT.

I am trying to offer my experience and communication best-practices earned in my IT career. I love to use any kind of automation possible to save repetitive (=boring) tasks.

Jana continues with Michal's work

My name is Jana Moravcová and I started to work as a communication manager of Road-CSR project in July 2017. I graduated with master degree in Business Economics. After my studies I have been involved in several projects focused on regional development and social issues, funded by international, European or national funds. I gained experience in overall project management, financial tasks and project communication.

I would be glad if this kind of experience could help (at least a little) to bring more ethics, responsibility and sustainability to business environment.
