During the Rural SMEs seminar and study visit on Public Support to Innovative Rural SMEs in Patras, Western Greece, Mr. Theodoros Tsoumpelis, General Secretary of the Chamber of Achaia gave a presentation about a Network of teleworking and tele educations centres. He addressed the following:
- The vision of the Chamber of Achaia which is a sustainable development of entrepreneurship & economic development of Western Greece Region
- The vision of tele working and tele educations centre the concept of which is to connect various places using teleconference techniques as it eliminates inequalities, distances and geographical limitations
- Typical requirements needed, costs
