From January 16 to 18, the cities of Tartu and Tallin will host the 4th Project meeting of Social Green and the 7th Interregional Event of FINERPOL project which will include a Political Board Meeting, workshop and study visit.
The event, organized by the Tartu Regional Energy Agency will take place in the Dorpat Conference Center (Tartu) from 16 to 17, and on 18th on the Conference room of Meriton Hotel (Tallin).
Firstly, on the 16th there will be a Common (SocialGreen and Finerpol) conference/seminar about innovative financing schemes for social housing retrofitting. Afterwards, there will be shared some Best Practices in Europe in the financing of energy efficiency in the social housing sector as the Kredex financing scheme (by Kredex ) and The Estonian model on financing of renovation of multi-apartment buildings.

Next day, there will be a Study Visit in Tartu, where the attendees will take a look two renovated buildings.
Last day, there will be two Study visits in Tallinn. FINERPOL and Social Green project partners will have some study visits to learn more about the Estonian expertise on the financing of energy efficiency in the social housing sector field. On the one hand, partners will visit “Teachers’ house”- the newest nearly zero building in Estonia, developed by the City of Tallin, as municipality building stock, and meant for teachers. On the other hand, they will visit a university student house (dormitory) renovated in 2017 to nZEB building level.
Attendants will also have more time for networking and exchange of experience.
