Alba Iulia hosted their first LSG meeting on zoom this November. The meeting provided an opportunity for AIM to review the previous Social Green project outcomes and present the new programme period for the Social Green project. The bulk of the meeting, however, was dedicated to explaining the roles and responsibilities of the LSG members and inviting them into discussion about reducing energy poverty in the context of COVID-19 and improving the regional policy instrument. Overall, the meeting enabled Social Green partners to re-engage with stakeholders and prepare for the year of activities together, including an introduction to the SWOT analysis and self-assessment reporting templates which will be discussed together in future LSG meetings. The meeting also involved identifying a good practice together, led by a representative from the Alba Local Energy Agency.
