Social Green project was presented in Sardinia, taking advantage of the celebration of the last interregional event of the first phase of the ENERSELVES project. The objectives of Social Green are closely related to ENERSELVES, which is also aimed at buildings, in this case, to promote the integration of renewable energies.
The rehabilitation of social housing was one of the topics discussed during this event, which was attended by around 60 people, and which took place on November 7 in Cagliari.
In addition, one of the Good Practices selected by the organizing partner, the Autonomous Region of Sardinia has been the integration of photovoltaics in the AREA building - which is the Association of Social Housing of the Region of Sardinia. AREA is implementing an experimental project that analyzes the implementation of energy efficiency technologies and the production of renewable energy in social housing. The objective is to realize three experimental green buildings, located in Carbonia.
