Erwin is responsible for the overall programme management and relation to the programme governance institutions (the Partner States, the Hauts-de-France Region as managing authority, the European Commission etc.). Erwin is also in charge of managing the secretariat's team of 28 members.

Laure supports the management in the fields of human resources, technical assistance budget and activities, and ensures the coordination of the assistance of the JS.

Elodie assists the management unit. She takes care of the logistics of the office, public procurement related to IT & Office, travel & accommodation, assists in the organisation of events and ensures secretarial support.

Alexandre is responsible for further development of the programme’s online application and monitoring system and for IT support to the JS.

Petra is head of the unit that deals with all financial matters related to projects as well as programme finances. She also manages the tasks of the team related to financial control and audits.

Anne-Cécile coordinates tasks related to programme finances such as reporting to the EC, programme cash flow, the management and control system description and state aid. She is also responsible for the coordination with the managing authority, the certifying authority and the audit authority, in particular for the annual closure of the programme accounts.

Ilaria coordinates the tasks of the team with regard to project finances, this includes the application, implementation and closure stage of the projects. She is also involved in studies related to simplification and state aid matters.

Antoine supports the Partner States, their project partners and first level controllers with the implementation of their first level control system. He also assists the group of auditors members and audit authority. His focus is on facilitating the audits on operations and offering assistance to the project partners during the process.

Aleksandra is responsible for support to applicants and project partners as well as for the assessment of applications and the finance monitoring. She also provides product-owner input to the development of the iOLF/ iDB monitoring system for finance-related matters.

Alexis is responsible for support to applicants and project partners as well as for the assessment of applications and finance monitoring.

Camille is responsible for support to applicants and project partners as well as for the assessment of applications and finance monitoring.

Vincenzo is responsible for support to applicants and project partners as well as for the assessment of applications and finance monitoring.

Anne is responsible for support to applicants and project partners as well as for the assessment of applications and finance monitoring.

Ségolène is responsible for support to applicants and project partners as well as for the assessment of applications and finance monitoring.

Ramona is responsible for support to applicants and project partners as well as for the assessment of applications and finance monitoring.

Foedora ensures the secretarial and administrative support of the projects and finance units. She also assists the team in meetings and events organisation.

Nicolas manages the team in charge of projects and platform development. He is in charge of all content related matters of the programme.

Jason coordinates the tasks of the policy officers related to project development, assessment and implementation. He also contributes to the work of the Policy Learning Platform related to Research and innovation.

Magda is responsible for the overall coordination and management for implementing the Policy Learning Platform; in particular she coordinates the tasks of the policy officers and the work of the external experts assigned for setting up and providing the platform's services.

Ana is in charge of supporting applicants, assessing applications and monitoring projects achievements. She is also responsible for the Policy Learning Platform related to Research and innovation.

Kristaps is in charge of supporting applicants, assessing applications and monitoring projects achievements. He is also responsible for the Policy Learning Platform related to Research and innovation.

Laurențiu is in charge of supporting applicants, assessing applications and monitoring projects achievements. He is also responsible for the Policy Learning Platform related to SME competitiveness.

Ilaria is in charge of supporting applicants, assessing applications and monitoring projects achievements. She is also responsible for the Policy Learning Platform related to SME competitiveness.

Verena is in charge of supporting applicants, assessing applications and monitoring projects achievements. She is also involved in the Policy Learning Platform related to Low-carbon economy. She provides product-owner input to the development of the iOLF/ iDB monitoring system for content-related matters too.

Charo is in charge of supporting applicants, assessing applications and monitoring projects achievements. She is also responsible for the Policy Learning Platform related to Low-carbon economy.

Marie is in charge of supporting applicants, assessing applications and monitoring projects achievements. She is also involved in the Policy Learning Platform related to Environment and resource efficiency.

Eilish is in charge of supporting applicants, assessing applications and monitoring projects’ achievements. She is also involved in the Policy Learning Platform related to Environment and resource efficiency.

Mariame is in charge of supporting applicants, assessing applications and monitoring projects achievements.

Irma coordinates the tasks of the team (5 members), is responsible for the communication strategy and its implementation. In particular, she is responsible for public relations, partnerships and reporting.

Petra is responsible for implementing the communication strategy, in particular coordinating the activities of the programme's contact points. She advises project partners on communication issues and provides input for project monitoring procedures.

Julie is responsible for implementing the communication strategy, particularly the digital strategy. She manages developments for the Interreg Europe website as well as social media accounts.

Miia is responsible for implementing the communication strategy, particularly the programme events, and advising project applicants and partners on communication issues.

Joséphine provides the secretarial and administrative support to the unit. She takes care of public procurement related to the unit's tasks and assists in organisation of meetings and events.

Marc Pattinson has over 25 years of helping regions prepare their regional development and designing research-innovation and S3 strategies, promoting interregional cooperation actions, working with clusters and performing policy analyses.

Arnault has a PhD in Economic Geography from Utrecht University and the Mediterranean University of Reggio Calabria. He is expert in regional innovation governance and innovation policies. He is responsible for validating good practices and contributes to the production of articles and policy briefs for the knowledge hub. He also answers requests for policy advice via the expert support helpdesk.

Rene has more than 20 years of experience in innovation management and business development. He has held executive management positions in several public and private sector organisations helping SMEs to increase their competitiveness. Recently he has been acting as an investor and board director of different business acceleration programmes and startup investment funds.

Luc has over 20 years of experience in the design of business support ecosystems on behalf of regional public authorities and business support organisations, with a focus on entrepreneurship and cluster organisations. He has also gained experience in working directly with SMEs on improving their competitiveness.

Mart has experience from projects related to innovation ecosystems, SME competitiveness, inter-cluster cooperation, and smart cities. He is also a representative for the Estonian contact point for the Enterprise Europe Network. On the platform, Mart is responsible for validating good practices and writing policy briefs and organizing thematic workshops and webinars.

Katharina Krell has 20 years of experience in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency, smart cities and circular economy. She is specialised in supporting the uptake of results of EU-funded projects in form of policy recommendations, good practices, technologies for commercialisation or knowledge for further research.

Simon Hunkin has eight years’ experience in the low-carbon economy sector, working in projects and studies to support uptake of innovative low-carbon technologies and policy instruments. He is specialised in European energy and environment policy, as well as regional policy and funding and co-operation initiatives.

Astrid is a senior expert with over 25 years of experience in regional and innovation policy. She has a track record in renewable energy, energy efficiency, the circular and low carbon economy and authored several studies and policy papers. Astrid is an accomplished communication professional. She developed corporate identities, moderated international conferences and workshops on sustainability issues.

Magda has a MSc in Environmental Assessment and Management from University of Liverpool and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School. She has experience in areas related to circular economy, waste management, green strategy development and sustainable food systems. Magda is responsible for validating good practices, producing articles and policy briefs for the knowledge hub and organising thematic workshops and webinars.

Thorsten leads and manages the overall implementation of the Policy Learning Platform. He holds responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the platform team and supports the personal development of each team member. At the same time, he works closely with the management of the programme, fostering and facilitating the strategic development of the platform services.

Elena is the thematic manager for the Policy Learning Platform and coordinates all activities performed by the thematic experts. She ensures the quality control of the platform services and supports the project manager in the strategic development of the platform.

Raluca leads the overall communication and promotion of the Platform. She works closely with the Project and Thematic managers and takes care of the management of the communication team and activities.

Anne is responsible for the platform’s communication and dissemination activities and events. She leads the production of the platform’s communication deliverables, defines and implements promotional campaigns.

Karine provides administrative support to the team and assists in organisation of meetings. She also supports the Project Manager and the Thematic Manager on quality management issues.

Lotte coordinates web developments within the Policy Learning Platform and acts as a helpdesk for the platform users. She is also in charge of community management of the Policy Learning Platform.

Eugénie is in charge of the Policy Learning Platform's onsite and online events. She also contributes to other communication and promotion actions.
