Potential for learning or transfer

This practice is potencially interesting because Region of Murcia has experience in transfer about irrigation technology to increase the efficiency of water use in agriculture in spite of:
- Differences in traditional crops between Paraguay and Murcia

Other regions with isolated communities may receive training to improve their water management policies and achieve innovation.
