Medical spa Eglės Sanatorija with health rehabilitation traditions starting from 1972 developed a holistic approach to provide medical treatment.
Lithuania has a well-developed and fast growing health spa industry based on its historical heritage and natural resources. One of a good example is health and wellness centre “Eglė Spa” which constitute of a rehabilitation centre and a wellness and spa centre providing wide variety of health services and procedures. The focus of the Centre is to use a holistic approach to every individual person coming to this centre. The medical spa is located in two biggest resorts of Lithuania - Birštonas and Druskininkai - and have a possibility to host a lot of clients at the same time. „Eglė Spa“ medical centre in Druskininkai can host at the same time up to 1300 individuals, and at the medical centre in Birštonas - up to 730 people. The concept of services provided in this medical Spa centre is based on a use of natural resources available at these resorts: mineral water, mud and climate. These naturally available resources such as mineral water, mud, fresh air combined with an innovative health care and cure methods allow to create wide range of treatment and relaxing procedures available to use by all clients of the Medical Spa despite of their duration of stay. All procedures are assigned by medical personnel of the Spa so they are use in safe and efficient way and quantity. Medical Spa centre ‘Eglė Spa” offers its services both for national and international guests.

Besides, an effective marketing strategy which helps to attract visitors both from domestic and international market is used.
