Digital Change is an event that aims to help all companies better understand and lead the digital transformation that affects their businesses and organizations
Digital Change offers participants to take part in a visit route answering the questions asked daily by CEO engaged in the transformation of their businesses: cybersecurity, customer relations, data, collaborative tools, training and HR, virtual and augmented reality, equipment, financing, etc.

Thus, during 2 days, participants can benefit from enriched contents mixing long formats (conferences, testimonies, round tables) and short formats (tutorials, pitchs) so as not to miss anything about the digital developments to come and to discover the good practices that nourish the business development.

During this event, participants have also the opportunity to participate in 20-minute consultative meetings, with a specialist, so that each company can build its digital roadmap.

There are around 100 companies exhibit beside the halls.

In addition, throughout the year, the event’s dedicated site offers internet users a diagnosis of their digital maturity. Recommendations are then sent to respondents.

In 2021: the communication and the content will focus more on positions and less on IT topics : sales, CEO, CIO, Finance / purchasing, production, legal, marketing communication, HR / training.

Every year, Digital Change releases on its Youtube channels videos of the different formats. It was around 100 including promotional contents:

Resources needed

Mostly human ressources to organize the event and to unite partners.

Evidence of success

The event moved from a city center location to a 8000 m2 square La beaujoire XXL hall for the 2019.
2019 edition; 4000 visitors and 3 pre events with 600 additional visitors in the different department of the Pays de la Loire Region.
2020 edition: 3200 visitors with 83 visitors in 2 departments

Potential for learning or transfer

This event is a great tool to raise awareness among participants about the stakes related to digital transformation, to provide concrete answers to their questions, to present concrete examples of successes and to get in touch with actors, able to give a support to them.

Convincing small and medium companies is a challenge every year.

The 2019 120€ without taxes ticket was probably too high.
The 2020 discounts for small companies was an offer which did not meet its target with less visitors.
In 2021, it seems that prices will be adjusted for small companies.

The business model is hybrid with the majority of the budget based on the 100 companies exhibiting in the main hall.
