ARSM held every year conference RECYCLING, focusing on C&D waste recycle and news in legislation.

Resources needed

Association itself is paid by contributions from its members. It does not make any financial profit, but is settled for representing its members in negotiations with government institutions and propose suggestions from members to government in national or local administration.

Evidence of success

Companies and other involved subjects do not have strength to have impact on national or local legislation of C&D Waste. ARSM represents all subjects and leads negotiations to government, as well as presents and explains new legislation to its members.

Potential for learning or transfer

Organisation that represents private companies and makes environment for negotiations, conferences in topics of C&D Waste is very useful. Prove of success is that ARSM was established in 1995 and is biggest organization that associate companies in field of interest. Engaging in organisation such as ARSM leads to better transfer of Good practices, informs about legal framework and supports and encourages companies in creating legal and plan regulation and provides professional control of achieved results.
