The BID-REX team has been joined by an Interreg Volunteer Youth (IVY) volunteer. IVY enables young Europeans to volunteer on different projects, helping to reinforce and promote the broader achievements of programmes and promoting the European Territorial Cooperation.
Monika Poklukar has joined the National Institute of Biology as they prepare for the sixth interregional workshop, which will be held in Slovenia next year. Monika is a studying Biodiversity at the Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies in Koper, Slovenia.
She will be helping to organise the workshop, communicating with stakeholders and sharing BID-REX activities. Although she has only been with the team a short time, Monika is already getting to know the BID-REX project.
