The partners of the INTERREG project BIGDATA 4RIVERS met for an Interregional Workshop, organized by the Regional Development Fund of Attica in Brussels on June 15, 2022. The Regional Development Fund of Attica participates as a partner in the project «Improving the European Rivers Water Quality through Smart Water Management Policies».
This Interregional Workshop was the last project meeting in the context of the first phase of the project and the following took place:
- Round table – BIGDATA 4RIVERS Policy Instruments Managing Authorities
The issues that were discussed:
• Benefits from the exchange of GP’s
• Improvement or development of the (new) policy instruments
• Next programming period policy instruments - Round table – Experiences from all BIGDATA 4RIVERS partners
The issues that were discussed:
• Action plans contents
• Benefits of knowledge exchange through BIGDATA 4RIVERS project
This was followed by the Press Note, as well as the 10th Steering Committee meeting, regarding the following issues that were discussed:
- Exchange of experience activities (2nd phase activities)
- Communication activities
- Management and coordination activities
