The Virtual Wine Tasting Event of Carpe Digem is taking place on June 16 at 11:30 CET in the online platform ZOOM!
This event will allow you to experience the challenges that wine producers across Europe are facing during the global COVID-19 pandemic and to learn how cooperation and innovative use of digital tools has created new business models to meet these challenges.
The concept of virtual wine tasting was an initiative, started by young winemakers from the wine-growing region of Slovenian Istria from Divina Wine Hub Šmarje. This extraordinary event will offer an original and a COVID-19 ‘safe’ virtual wine tasting and present good practices of wine producers from Slovenia, France and Spain, showing how their business has been influenced by the COVID-19 crisis and how they responded to this situation.
