The Institute for Business Development, IP-RAM (IDE, IP-RAM) held on January 31st the 1st stakeholder meeting attended by 30 representatives of public and private institutions.

The meeting was chaired by the new president of the IDE, IP-RAM, Mr. Duarte Freitas. He emphasized that the aim for this project is to “bring together a set of stakeholders” who can “share and exchange experiences” around the digital ecosystem.

Three good practices were also presented by three of the stakeholders, followed by a debate on the current state of R.A.M's digital and innovation ecosystem. 

 IDE, IP-RAM intends for stakeholders to identify various aspects to enlarge the regional digital innovation ecosystem and improve its sustainability. Next steps planned are analyzing the current situation in the Region, identifying unmet needs and good practices. The meeting participants supported the further plans to explore solutions that are closer to the needs of each one and recommendations and suggestions for improving existing regional policies.
