On February 16th, 2017 in Best Western Hotel Expo, Sofia was held the Information day dedicated to the third call for project proposals of INTERREG Europe Programme organized by the Joint Secretariat of the Programme and Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works of Bulgaria.
The team of Association "Euroregion Pleven-Olt" took part with a presentation delivered from the position of the only Lead partner in Bulgaria.
The experience gained during the development and the implementation of project CD-ETA was presented by Mrs. Iliana Georgieva – Communication Manager in the project team.
Besides the steps spelled out in the Programme Manual and presented by Benoit Dalbert and Marie Grardel from the Joint Secretariat of the Programme, the participants in the meeting were given some practical tips for preparation and implementation of their projects.
It was a good fact that among the attendees there were lead applicants.
Until now, Bulgaria is represented by only 22 partners in projects approved under the first and second call.
The third call will be open from 1 March to 30 June - period, more than enough to prepare a quality project proposal and to construct a balanced partnership for its implementation.
The project team also met with a representative of Ministry of Culture - the body that issued the letter of support of the Bulgarian partner. We have been assured that over the course of the implementation of project CD-ETA the Ministry will do everything possible to be achieved the goals which we set at project level and at the level of internal policy instrument.
We are grateful to Joint Secretariat and Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works for providing the opportunity to promote project CD-ETA and that till this stage of its implementation the project is considered as a successful one.
