Until the Stockholm event, AGENEX have made 4 bilateral meetings with the Regional Government and local councils of Cáceres, Navalmoral de la Mata and Plasencia.  

Meeting with the Extremadura Government:

As usual, all the new projects in which AGENEX is involved are showed to the Extremadura Government that is the AGENEX’s main patron. In the CISMOB case, the project summary (objectives, main tasks and activities, expected results, etc…) was showed in their headquarters in Mérida in July 7th.  

As conclusion of the meeting, Extremadura Government pointed out that is very interested in the project. Indeed and in the first stage, the Government is involving several departments (General Directorates) that AGENEX is keeping informed about the advance of the project. 


Meeting with the local councils of Cáceres, Navalmoral de la Mata and Plasencia :

After the first contact by email, the local councils of Cáceres, Navalmoral de la Mata and Plasencia contacted with AGENEX in order to enlarge the information about the first Thematic Seminar of CISMOB. Then, AGENEX scheduled a meeting with all of them that had to be separated in 3 different bilateral meetings due to agenda reasons.

The second meeting was made with the Local Council of Plasencia in their town hall in June 30th. As in previous meeting, CISMOB project was showed, including all the information about the Thematic Seminar in Stockholm. The Local Council’s staff (including the Mayor) pointed out their interest and intention to be involved in the Seminar.

The third meeting was made in a similar way with the Local Council of Cáceres in their town hall in July 1st. The Local Council’s staff (including the Councillor of Environment, Strategic Infrastructure and Public Services) pointed out their interest and intention to be involved in future Seminars and events. Due to agenda reason, it was impossible for her to come to the 1st Thematic Seminar in Stockholm

The fourth meeting was made in a similar way with the Local Council of Navalmoral de la Mata (Councillor of Planning and Internal Affairs) in the AGENEX’s headquarters in July 22nd with identic results to the previous one.
