The FEMINA project finished semester 5 with mentoring groups. These are meant to support and give input to the partner regions on their action plans and help further their work by giving input from owners of good practices, professional input from the advisory board, as well as ensure that the Action plan is in line with the guidelines of the Interreg Europe Program.
Various Good Practices
The partners have developed concrete draft action plans to best suite their regional context. A range of various Good Practices have been chosen to be adapted and transferred to the different regions. Partners have created ambitious action plans focusing on actions ranging from child care and gender neutral kindergartens to entrepreneurship and equality training. The partners are currently working with the feedback given in the mentoring groups and continuing to work towards their final action plans in cooperation with their mentoring groups when input is needed.
The work ahead
Due to Covid-19, the FEMINA project has been unable to have physical gatherings since March 2020. This will also be the case in semester 6 where we are currently in the process of planning our sixth convention. The convention will be open to actors interested in the project thematics. Date and topics will be announced soon.
