In the beautiful location of Petrarca Theatre in Arezzo was held the launch of the Pilot Action of the Femina project for Arezzo-Siena Territory.

The Pilot Action tests a mentoring path for a group of aspiring female entrepreneurs, focused on development of their business idea using the opportunities offered by Industry 4.0. During the event the training structure and contents of training were presented. The content of the training will include not only overall support for business plan development and notions on Industry 4.0, but also targeted mentoring for the specific business idea / sector of interest. The three main economic sectors of interest of the Arezzo economy include goldsmith, fashion and agro-food sector.
Attention was paid to the mentoring path and the role of the "mentors" within the Course.
The forthcoming call for applications of Arezzo-Siena Chamber of Commerce for the selection of the inspiring female entrepreneurs was also launched.
The event was attended by around 100 people , all local stakeholders with representatives from Public institutions ( Province, Municipalities) , Enterprises, Trade and service Associations, Female Committe, freelancers.
FEMINA aroused a great deal of interest. The event represented an important mean of dissemination in Arezzo City and Province. An opportunity for the discussion of female role in high tech fields and the ways to overcome barriers to female entrepreneurship.
