It is now open the call for applications of Arezzo-Siena Chamber of Commerce for the selection of 15 aspiring female entrepreneurs for the training and mentoring program proposed by Fondazione Arezzo Innovazione and Arezzo-Siena Chamber of Commerce within the FEMINA project.
The Pilot Action will test a mentoring path for aspiring entrepreneurs, focused on development of their business idea using the opportunities offered by Industry 4.0.
The training will focus on to three main sectors: goldsmith, fashion and agro food. Female entrepreneurs from local companies acting as mentors will be engaged from each sector.
The program will run through:
1) Joint training session: elements of Industry 4.0 and support for business plan preparation.
2) Practical labs workshops: focusing on specific topics relevant to the selected sector / business idea.
3) Shadowing: visits to company premises for practical, on-site training, shadowing the mentor in her place of work.
4) One to one mentoring: each participant will be assigned a mentor.
The first step related to the selection of the aspiring female entrepreneurs has just started.
