Introduction
The first stakeholder group meeting in Dalarna was held after the first convention due to practical issues. The overall objective was to create an understanding of the project and to start discussing barriers.
Summary
The day was arranged in collaboration with another project, the Smart industry. We arranged a seminar about a successful project from the north of Sweden where they worked with companies to get them to be more gender-equal. We also had a lecture from our analyst on the industry in Dalarna and a presentation of the projects FEMINA and Smart industry. In the afternoon the people who are going to be in the stakeholder group had their first meeting where barriers for gender equality in the industry in Dalarna were discussed. Participants came from Region Dalarna, University of Dalarna and organizations aiming to support industrial enterprises, such as clusters.
