Tulcea County Council organized a new regional stakeholder meeting where 20 guests attended. The turn for this time was for Chilia Veche – a remote settlement located at the end of the longest branch of Danube river – Chilia, of whose administrative unit is stakeholder within the project. All the attendees have expressed their suggestions about how do they believe Hericoast implementation shall progress in the future. All the steps that were made so far, governmental and administrative, have shown a steady pace towards project completion. During the meeting the newly produced short films of good practise and heritage assets were showed. They sparked off a debate on themes such financing local conservation projects, population involvement and expected outcomes and nontheless heritage role within community. It was a fine day in the middle of Danube Delta, a special place that needs sustained conservative policies towards landscape.
