Stakeholders were given an update as to the continuing work of the Hericoast project. There was interest from individual groups that are already involved by nature of their projects and general engagement as to the tourism potential that could develop from the data collation from the Seascape Units. The exposure currently enjoyed by Donegal on an international stage requires careful and integrated management and it was considered that Hericoast could assist in this regard through the process of evidence gathering.
